Rob of R&D was wonderful! Timely, friendly, and accommodating are words that come to mind! He was enthusiastic about our floors and it was nice to see someone who loved their job! We had our whole first floor and staircase sanded and stained! It was a major job. We knocked down walls and Rob had the job to match the existing 1963 1-1.5 inch white maple wood flooring in our dining room to the new kitchen area. It came out great! Rob worked so well with my contractor and was very flexible around his schedule. I found Rob from 2 of my neighbors who used him and I was not disappointed. I love my floors! They came out beautiful.
