Not waterproofed! Over 10k for nothing. I won't get into the details but until they fix this problem they made worse or give me my money back, my review will stand. Warning to home owners, you WILL be wasting your money.

Bad experience with them, they didn’t cleanup after the job was done. They ran the water out the side of the house to let the water stand and make a swampy mess .i had asked about burying the pipe but that wasn’t a option. The supervisor that came out to check on the job was rude. I would not recommend this company for any job.

We are pleased with the price that was quoted, 5K less than other quotes. We 1st received the injection method, which help to stop some of the water. After calling and letting Waterproofing know I still had water, they returned within a week looked at the problem and then rescheduled another injection, again we still had water. we called and scheduled time to install the inside system. The crew arrived at 10 AM and had the job completed at 2 PM. The crew was courteous, efficient, & cleaned up after they were done. EXCELLENT WORK, we will recommend to everyone.

We had a water problem in a home we purchased. We called Basement Waterzproofing in Rome and the representative Jack Patterson came to our home and examined the problem. He explained in detail what they would do to correct it. Correct it they did, we have no more water issues. The work was done promptly and professionally. The men doing the work explained what they we we doing.. If you have a water problem these are the professionals to call. They gaurrantee their work.

After spending $10,000 my basement is still wet. They said they would install a sump pump but won't do the MAJOR work needed to install it ie: cutting walls and studs back to the cement and removing carpet. When I told them I wasn't capable of doing that work, they said "tough luck". So they kept my money and I still have water in my basement. Their "manager" is rude and condescending as well. They take advantage of widowed and single women who don't understand what is involved before signing up for this.
