If you're looking for a Awesome experienced company Action Health Staffing is the place to be! We've been receiving services for a family member for the past 2 years, We are very satisfied with the aid we have as well as the fill in aides that have been out to the home. Outstanding group of aides! Office staff very respectful and knowledgeable also there to answer any questions we may have, if unable to answer the question they are sure to get back with me in a timely matter with an answer. At first I was very hesitate with allowing someone to come into our home to care for my loved one. Action has really showed me I've made the right decision! I am Glad I choose ACTION HEALTH STAFFING! I highly recommended Action Health Staffing!!

My experience with the company started off rough. I was eager to have my 104 year old Aunt sign up with the company. After Pam the nurse signed my aunt up, she told me to call the office to see what day my aunt's services would start. Tracy answers the phone. I'm excited! I tell Tracy who I am and was getting ready to tell her my aunt is a new client. She cuts cross me and real blunt, short, and dry. No hi, hello, good morning, but an how can I help with an attitude. I was caught off guard and said I was trying to explain and you cut cross me. She then continued in a more firm voice asking what do you need? I told her I was trying to see when my aunt's services were going to start? She said I will call you back. The whole day went by and she never did. I called the next day and asked for her she said listen, you don't have to ask for me everytime other people work in this office. Tracy is in charge of scheduling mind you and the owner Kim told me to ask for her. But after Tracy said that I have not asked for her since. I kept calling the office all week and they kept saying they would call me back. This went on for two weeks. I finally had to call the head office before someone came out. Tracy is known over this entire city for being rude and hateful to staff and family. The owner Kim also talks nasty to customers. The Vice President Wendy I think is a Christain. At least she acts like one. She and I may not agree, but she always remains professional and never out of character. Tracy and Kim have both hung the phone up on me when I was asking a question or trying to explain my point of view about something. Shanice another office staff is nice, has awesome people skills. Also they need to stop advertising that ladies can start at $10 an hour and when they get hired and get their checks they get paid $9 an hour. Several have complained to me about that. One time they sent an aide over here that seemed to be mentally off. She was hyper, she could not hold a rational conversation, everything upset her. I was trying to show her how I cared for my Aunt, She told me "Move out my way". Pam the nurse does not listen well. She always cuts cross you. When you try to explain your feelings about something to her she cuts across you and keeps stating her side. You never get your point across. Susan, the nurse, is straight forward, and very business. She is warm and friendly. She is not Nosey. She is very down to earth. Things that don't envolve her, like some nurses, she does not stick her nose in it. She comes in the home does her job and gets out. The only concern I have about her is that when an aid cut my aunt's hair, I called her to come look at it and she did not. The company showed no concern. When Pam the nurse was visiting my mother, I mentioned to her that I was upset about my aunt's hair cut and Pam came by to see my aunt, then and only then. No pictures of my aunt's jagged hair cut was taken by the company. Aniya,Tonya, Yazmine, and Alona have been the best aides. They sent one aid that was physically challenged. I have no problem with that population. As a matter of fact, I used to run a group home for developmental and physically challenged adults. But it is dangerous to send a physically challenged person who lost her balance and almost fell twice at our home to work with a 104 year old wheel chair patient. Also twice they have sent an older retired aide Bless her heart who is used to working with Hospice patients. She could never get in her mind that my aunt was not dieing. Every time she came she did not want to wake her up for a bath or feed her. I told her. She gets up every day. She eats all her food everyday. The last time she came I told her to put my Aunt on the pot first thing because she pottys at 12. She let her lay in the boo boo for about 40 minutes. I had gone to run an errand. When I got back my Aunt was not changed. So I came in and cleaned her bottom and I had heated up my aunt's food. She came back and reheated the meal. Gave it to my Aunt and burned her mouth.
