        Full disclosure: I haven't attended a worship service here, but I've enjoyed participating in the small group offerings. I appreciate how involved the church is in the larger community; it seems to constantly be on the lookout for opportunities to connect, serve, and reach more people in the Rocky Mount area. This church truly is a blessing to the wider community. And it's refreshing to have a Cooperative Baptist church sprinkled in with all the Southern Baptist and other conservative churches in the area. My son also attends preschool here and we're so grateful for our teachers! They truly have a heart for children and work together to give them the best, most developmentally appropriate educational foundation for a lifetime of learning. Hooray for Lakeside! :)
