My experience was horrific and racist. David and Erica are both rude , aggressive, and liars that took $91.07 from me with providing a unsuccessful service. David was the worst. Profiled me through the phone by saying he saw the video of me when I came in their store February 21st to use their third party DHL service. He knew I was a black lady. Wow!!! I wouldnt give them any stars. Be very careful with them. Dont be fooled by their ratings. Majority are from their family, and paid sponsorships. They are some very condescending meanest people to own and operate a business. I will post the full experience in detail shortly. Im so horrified and traumatized. I never thought in all my 42 years of living that I would experience some people like this.

Go elsewhere. These folks are legalized racketeers. Their costs are outrageous; their packing is pathetic and careless. An item of clothing was shipped to me, and it was annoying as heck, trying to get anywhere with these people. They say they don't ship with USPS, and it's because they can't screw you over and overcharge you with USPS shipping methods. They almost charged me $75 to ship 2 pounds worth of clothing. I called and asked for a cheaper option, and that's when I found out they don't do USPS shipping and the costs were not going to be any lower than $40. Again, with USPS, this would have cost $10. I ship and pack items every couple of days, I am intimately familiar with USPS costs. When the item this business shipped finally arrived, the contents were not even wrapped in anything, not even a sheet of wrapping paper. The item was stuffed in the box, not protected in any way, other than the box (and those get damaged so easily). Like i said, if you have any other options, go there and avoid Pak'n Post at all costs. They are highway robbers.
