Tabatha Gross was our agent and Atalia Canlas was our transaction coordinator for the sale of a second home. Tabatha did an outstanding job of market research that helped set a realistic and achievable sales price. The property was listed toward the end of the summer as interest rates were increasing and downward price pressure began. Nonetheless, we received a fair price. Tabatha communicated with us as well as buyer agents keeping us informed throughout the marketing process as well as negotiations with the buyer. Atalia handled all of the needed interface with the title company and also quickly responded whenever there was a question that needed to be answered. I've purchased and sold many properties over the years and this was one of the most pleasant interactions that I've ever encountered with a realtor.
