Architessa (Architectural Ceramics)

I actually ended up here bc my local tile store never returned my calls. Had used predecessor Architectural Ceramics and they still had great selection. I was trying to match some tiles I had purchased and that wasnt easy but here I found 2 good options. I found the kitchen tiles on my own but the designer helped with some I needed in the bathroom. Pick up was easy and everything is now installed and looks beautiful!

I had the pleasure of working with Cerrissa Fitz at Architessa on a bathroom project for my home. She was absolutely delightful to work with, and was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me design a custom mosaic piece for the shower. Unfortunately, the third party vendor we were working with didn't really know what they were doing and raised the prices so high the project was cancelled (stay away from New Ravenna). Cerrissa tried everything she could to make things work for me and even had Architessa offer to cover part of the additional cost, but it didn't work out. I can highly recommend Cerrissa and Architessa and will definitely use them for my next bathroom project.

I went to Architessa with my sister who has been talking about how fabulous they are. Cerrissa Fitz came over to help us. She was so genuine and happy to help. Its a pleasure to meet someone who obviously loves the work she does. I would recommend her to anyone who goes there.

I have had the professional pleasure of working with Joe Matthews for over the past 6 years, and I've never worked with a Sales Rep as dedicated to ensuring a positive customer experience with doing business with Architessa. Joe has consistently found beautiful products to meet our design intent and he is always conscience about his client's budgets. He has always come through finding the quantities of materials that I have needed within short periods to keep my projects on schedule and within budget... During the whole Covid period when there were massive material shortages and material and shipping prices escalated through the roof, Joe maintained daily communications with me about the status of my orders and how he was working to ensure I was getting the best pricing as he could work out on my project's behalf. This speaks volume to me as an Owners Rep overseeing projects valued upwards to $90 million, ensuring that my investors are getting a valued product in the end.
