With a family member locked inside a bathroom and the lock broken, I called two "24/7" locksmith companies and neither answered the phone. When I called Rockville Lock and Key, Moshe answered right away and gave and accurate estimate of when he would arrive at our home. He arrived quickly in his marked van and had a mask on without even having been prompted (I am writing this during COVID). After explaining the situation and my failed attempts to open the door, Moshe went to work using his tools and he had the door open in just a few minutes. My family went from being extremely stressed to incredibly relieved. On top of Moshe's skill and solving the problem so easily, he was professional and kind, showing undestanding and concern for our situation. The rate was very reasonable as well.
