Does a great job at a good price

I have NEVER in my life been strung along and manipulated as I have by this guy. I have done work for this company and after a year, they STILL have not paid me the money they owe me for their beautiful website. Go ahead and take a look at it (MGMLandscape.com) and you'll see what I mean when I say I did a great job but was then forced to work with HIS hosting company - and when they miserably FAILED to provide a WORKING HOSTING ACCOUNT for over a year, Max decided he was NOT going to pay me the measly $150 that was owed and due on his account. What kind of person and business owner would do this? I know: A person who has ZERO integrity and ZERO sense of responsibility to those he deals with. My opinion? If you can't trust a business to PAY THEIR RIGHTFULLY OWED BILLS, then you CANNOT TRUST THEM AT ALL! I am a Level 8 Google Local Guide, because my reviews, my work and my ethics are top notch. I have written TONS of reviews and have provided tens of thousands of people with REAL and TRUE information regarding local businesses and in my opinion, I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MAX RYKOWSKI for any amount in the world - ever again. After his hosting company FAILED to provide Max with a working hosting account, I even offered to host his website for FREE - FOREVER - just so I did not have to deal with his bad choice of hosting firms, but he refused and demanded that I fix THEIR problem, and then failed to pay me after countless hours of work trying to make him happy. Totally unscrupulous business, he has ripped off people before, just look at his online reviews. Also, when he doesn't like what you say, he USES HORRENDOUS PROFANITY and becomes even LESS reasonable than he already is.

Max came out and measured the area of the project and gave us a bid. We marked the area to be paved. They said that they would call before they came to work, but we came home one day to find that they had started. They finished when we were not at home. When we came home we found that they were short of the mark. Someone that we had never seen before came to ask us for final payment. We told him that it did not meet the specs that Max had written up and thought that it should be corrected or the price adjusted. He said that Max would call. Max never called but we came home one day to find them working on it. I walked to talk to Max but kept working feverishly and refused to acknowledge me. I went out 3 times. When they were done Max came to my door in an angry manner and demanded final payment. I asked if we could look over the project and he went into a tantrum. He angrily said that I had approved it when they got done, but I was not there at that time. I refused to pay until we went over the finished project. Max threatened to pull up the p[avers, and so I went into the house. He asked his help to pull up the pavers, and finally another man came to talk to me. He was rational, apologized for Max, and we looked at the final project. It was still short of the specs but close. I paid to get it over with. It was as if dealing a 4 year old throwing a tantrum.
