They came the first couple of times since we moved in. Then they just stopped. I called Wednesday and told the guy we have had trash pickup the past 3 pickup days and he said they would be out Thursday, the next day, and still no pickup. Now everytime I call I get hung up on. Terrible service and communication. Do not setup service with this company!!

Have had KB for over 2 years. Wanted to support small business and they started off great! Prompt, reliable courteous and always responsive. Then they began running later and later. Then began skips or pick-ups a day later. Recently they have been really going downhill. Frequent missed pickups, truck breakdowns for weeks at a time. They rented a U-Haul truck to pick-up, then missed pick-ups completely a week at a time. Slow or no response from owner. . If they need to change to once per week we would understand, but little to no communication from owner. It seems like they only have 1 truck and try to do too much with no time for maintenance or no back-up. We are very frustrated and our neighbors are upset with our trash being out days in a row waiting for pick-up. This week was the last straw bin is full no pick-up since I don't remember when. Sorry KB.

Of the last 6 scheduled garbage pick ups they have come once. Usually they do not return my phone calls to inquire as to reasons. I try to support local businesses, but they make it very hard. I would not recommend their services. We are very disappointed with their company and are asking for refund of payments .
