Im going to rate my experience with these people not based on their work, but by seeing one of their drivers on the freeway, driving like a psychopath, tailgating people cutting people off weaving in and out of traffic. I drive fast car and it was difficult for me to keep up with this pick up truck guy who might have his license plate Driving like a madman on 880 I will never use these people watching the drivers drive the way they do harming other people on the road

Don't waste your money here! For a company this big, I was surprised that they didn't take payment online and only took face-to-face payment. After dishing out $129 for the diagnostic for them to come out, they quoted me an extreme amount for a fix that also required me to wait for the parts to be ordered. After some research, I got a different company to come out and diagnose my house. They diagnosed it at only a fourth of cost what Brower Mechanical quoted me. They were able to fix it the same day and I was able to get my invoice via online and paid it conveniently. Even having wasted $129, I still paid less than a third of what it would have cost me if I stuck with Brower Mechanical.

They are unethical and dishonest with their billing. They charged me astronomical amount for a small job and charged me twice for initial diagnostic fee. Totally unacceptable and will never use them again.
