      image We have had them 14 years - first time we needed them because fire alarm is going off randomly in the middle of the night and they cant get here for three more days . WOW - we have not needed them for fifteen years but paid and now they dont care about us . Do not recommend.

      image What a great company! They really have amazing customer service. We contacted them about an alarm sensor that kept going off in the middle of the night. The owner called us back the same day. He was the area and stopped by to check out our problem. He diagnosed it and they had it fixed the next day. You don't find service like this anymore.
