        The owner talks down to her employees if you ask questions. There is no proper training for office staff and they still expect you to know everything.

        I have used Pinnacle Cleaning Services, Inc. for many years at my home. I couldn't be happier with their cleaning services as well as their office staff. They are reliable, do a great job, and are also very flexibile in terms of requested schedule changes. I have had the same cleaning person almost since the beginning and again, have been very satisfied with all aspects of the service I receive.

        We have been with Pinnacle for over 8 years at 2 different homes and have been very happy with the work completed and the customer service responses. They have worked with us on scheduling, either permanent or one time changes. Our home gets a thorough bi-weekly cleaning, with some things handled monthly on rotating schedule. We LOVE coming home on our cleaning day!!!
