David was very responsive on letting me know he would be a bit later than the scheduled appointment & when he arrived he was friendly & got the job done quickly & efficiently. He made sure that no mess was left behind & was very gracious & courteous. First experience with them & will use them again. Boomer plumbing, good plumbing work and old man boomer is a good man but that’s as far as it goes.There’s other plumbers that can do the same and be upfront and reasonable to work with. I have worked with many other more professional contractors and professionals in their field on the daily. Always get a price in writing, idc what they say or if he just did work for your brother cousin mother, don’t matter. I asked price on initial walk thru and over the course of 3-4 months as they did a couple hours here and there as a side job of a larger remodel. In person young David hits me with a bill scribbled in his notebook he did in 2 mins over 3x the amount I was thinking (5k-$18k) and has the material marked up 50% as well (over a thousand dollars.) I nicely ask him to work with me a bit to come down a couple grand on it that was charging full rate for every hour plus materials marked up and that I had asked initially and never mentioned a rate and over a handful of times over 3-4 months where we were at on price that was always shrugged off. With nothing in writing he just threatens to put a lien on my house. Real professional. Paid him and have asked for a paid receipt over 5x and will not give me one so felt obligated to share my experience. Does not stand by work! Called to have a job done. Took the job but never comes out, doesn’t answer calls It’s weeks now that I have called and called and he Kees saying he is coming out and nothing Not a call to at least tell me he doesn’t want to do the job. No professionalism I don’t know hiw and he is even in business

I called 3 weeks ago. Their voice mail is full and I can't leave a message. We called several weeks before and left a message, but nobody called back or came out. Someone came out a few months ago and they did a good job, but never came back to finish fixing our shower. I wish they would call back and finish the job.
