Purchased coin operated equipment twice and been having issues with washer and dryer. Service has not been reliable, half of the time when they provide a time frame when tech will come, never comes. Paid to have the washer rebuilt and seals to be replaced, since it was leaking and was promised that washer will not have the same problem, 6 months later same issue washer started leaking again and they are telling me maybe washer had another problem as well. I have talked to other Service people from other companies and all stated that seals were not done correctly , since after the replacement they should last at least 5 years, especially I only have 2 families using the washer.
