Shotty construction their houses are horrible

We bought a house that was built by them in 2013. In the process of remodeling the kitchen and upstairs floors it has been one find after another. Beer bottles tucked away on the wall, electric not up to code, plumbing not to code. Run away if they built your house, profits over quality and sustainability. They don't care as they long as the get paid. Service: New home construction

The entire staff have been wonderful throughout the entire process! They go out of their way to assist us and answer our many questions, even last minute changes. We have been in our home for 14 months now and they still are assisting us with any questions we come up with. Great crew in every department! Thanks Three Hammer for building my dream home! Do yourself a favor and avoid a headache from working with this builder! The unresponsiveness and inability to talk to anyone that works there is beyond ridiculous, when it comes to making one of the biggest purchases ever. They provide the lowest options so you can pay for the 'normal' quality items. When building $500k+ houses, you shouldn't have to be adding so many additional costs for normal quality that should be in that home to begin with. Furthermore, the communication and customer service is disgusting! I waited over one month for screens that didn't fall out the windows when walking past, a month for a driveway, where the company then damaged my garage concrete during driveway install, 2 months for a yard that I watched grow corn and knee high weeds, and on top of that, I wasn't able to find out about getting any of this and then they made choices on their own that I did not want and their response is I should have contacted the companies directly, yet they would not provide who the companies were or dates when things would be installed. Overall sickening. Find a better builder! Also, THREE of their 5 star reviews are from their employees that provide terrible customer service, that should tell you something! Service: Home building
