I don't like there Rental Application Process. As I proceeded to pay the $40.00 application fee I seen I would be charged an additional $100.00. PLUS I/YOU WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO PAY THE REMAINING FEES. I didn't have a problem with the $40.00. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE 48 HOUR DEMAND & THE ADDITIONAL $100.00>>Mind you the Unit will not be MOVE-IN READY UNTIL MAY 13, 2022 @ the least. 48 hours & additional $100.00.

Very bad experience. The people work here are piece of sheet. I moved last april; since then the ethernet cable was not working. Whenever I call they donot consider it repairing. I had to live 4 months without ethernert cable. Now think living without internet for 4 months; even 4 hours are not imaginable. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. The new management is even worse than previous one. I had a water pipe burst in my apartment. They had not take it seriously. Now living with watery carpet and waiting for mold to grow. The carpet is very dirty and smells very bad. Think about your children before to move in. This would be the last place to rent. These buildings are very very old. The garages have open holes and uneven surfaces. Worst living condition. Previous owner use to put salt in building to use while these people not concerned about it. They do not remove snow from streets. They list many amenities, but none of them in working condition. Good luck if you rent here.
