They came on a Sunday, basement flooded from tree roots in sewer line, did excellent work we were in a spot because mother-in-law has cancer they came out and cleaned up any mess they made. Very greatfull. Thank you for caring.

My landlord sent these people to my house and I was working so my son and boyfriend (who for reference are a black man and a biracial man) were there to let them in the house as soon as the first guy came in he said "the toilet is acting up because it's black and has an attitude" he then went on to say that he will "tell the maintenance people we need a new toilet because we need the black one out of here before our k.k.k. Rally". I don't know what on earth would possess someone to feel the need to be this rude, unprofessional, and disgusting, but I will never use this service ever again. I will also be reporting them to the BBB as I have ring footage of this entire incident. I wish I could give them no stars at all. This is disgusting behavior and you should really think about seeking treatment.
