Their app doesnt work and when we called to complain and cancel the membership they kicked out my wife even though they had charged her for several months the same day. They will not let my wife have her classes hence they want to keep the money and they want to continue to withdraw every month. These people are a bunch money hungry thieves. Stay away from this fraudulent business!

Great classes and wonderful instructors. Theres something new every single class, so I never get bored. Lots of friendly faces, working out and supporting each other highly recommend.

I visited the Rockford CP while visiting from Southern California. I loved how welcoming everyone was and the instructors were so personable. The space was remarkably clean and spacious too! Thank you to Becky, Lori and Robin. Loved my experience in all three of your classes!

BEWARE! If you have something come up and dont use all your credits for the month, they do not roll over! They tell you that youre locked in for 90 days and you can cancel after that (no problem, I agreed to that) but they leave out where you have to give a 30 day notice and have to come in and cancel. (My job took me out of state) the people on the phone are snobby and lack customer service skills (Id probably have the same attitude if I made less than 40k and worked in a studio that smells like gym socks) One of the people on the phone kept calling me over and over although I told her I was at work and when I finally called back, she hung up because I told her their cancellation policy online doesnt mention 30 day notice and I even asked her to email me that policy (she never did) I expressed I was upset that I wasnt told that if you dont use all your credits in a month that they dont rollover her response was well maybe make it to class entitled woman who lacks social decorum.

Facility is very nice. The instructors were wonderful. Classes were fun. Unfortunately if you have to put your membership on hold due to injury beware. They are not flexible. Was told by the owner that because I did not use my credits I loose them. Also was told by Robin that I'm lucky I wasn't charged the $75 cancellation fee.
