I was confused by a few things. The tech knew exactly what GE fridge I had (input form). He came over and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes ($150 later) But he couldnt get the part and come back and fix it for 2 weeks. So no fridge for 2 weeks? We only carry whirlpool parts I didnt see that anywhere on the website. The part is $20 on Amazon. Also on the website, it says you can pay by Venmo, but the tech had no clue about that. I was much more optimistic an actual repair could be done.. Specially for such a basic diagnosis. Watch some YouTube videos before you spend $150 on a diagnosis.

I was truly amazed this morning to have my refrigerator ice maker fixed in record time by Andres V. Polite, friendly and efficient. I certainly had visions of a much bigger problem, but to him it was just a routine service call. What a great technician!!
