Extremely unprofessional staff - Evelyn Holmes most of all. Not punctual, not responsive, VERY POORLY WRITTEN correspondence. The lady writes emails like English isn't her first language. The SBA has given this organization millions to disperse to Rochester small businesses but due to their incompetence, I doubt how effective they'll be.

REDCO and they staff is full of S***.
They don't even deserve the one Star. I just couldn't post this comment without it.
Holmes is a liar. BE CAREFUL she will misled you to think they are going to help and know the whole time they are not.
This company will have you looking stupid to the community.
It's so sad,
because they are funded by the government to help the small business owners in the community and they help selected businesses. So don't waste your TIME with they program! Plz...
It's ok tho,
because nothing good comes to haters who fear your business becoming Greater than REDCO.
They only been in business for a short period of time and ALREADY they experiencing an AUDIT.
THAT SPEAK VOLUMES!
