        They misspelled my city, lost my acknowledgment of parentage, refused to answer my questions, and refused to connect me or do anything to help resolve the issue. I stapled all of my paperwork together and was assured I would get a call after they received it in the mail. There was no call, so I called them and they said they received everything except my AOP which was stapled to the rest of the papers.They said they received it over a week ago and didn’t let me know of the problem. I told them that this was the case and asked what happened to it and the man completely ignored my question and asked if I had any further questions. We had an initial problem where they said my claim didn’t even exist. It’s been a month now and they are dodging all of my inquiries and purposely misspelling my city and street names after I spelled it out for them. This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with.
