Bill's Carpet Center puts customer and service first in the most professional way. Dave, store manager, greeted me when I walked in and was most helpful during my entire experience with the company. After the carpet was put down I noticed a flaw, and was assured the carpet would be replaced with no questions asked. Dave and Matt, store owner, could not have been more helpful. This is the second time I've done business with Bill's; I can think of no reason to go elsewhere, and recommend everyone shop at Bill's.

New flooring was installed in 4 areas. Adam & Marcus did a great job, and they were friendly & answered any questions that we had. The new flooring looks excellent! Highly recommended, and we plan to use this company again down the road.

Another great experience! We are repeat customers who came back to Bill's Carpet for some new deck and bedroom carpet for our Lake condo. Dave went out of his way to come measure the space as well as provide outstanding customer service in the showroom. We couldn't be happier with Dave and his team. Highly recommend!
