        The customer service was disappointing. It took almost a week for them to process the order from the doctor and then I had to call several times to make the connections. We were not able to fit the mask by phone so I had to drive 200 miles round trip for mask fitting. Then the technician just fitted the mask without hooking up the machine and when I tried to use there was a tremendous amount of leaking and the mask would just blow out. I will not recommend Apria Healthcare to others.
