        Took my six year old son here and there was no beside manner at all. Zero. Everything was treated like a pit stop. He dilated my sons eyes without telling us, and sent my son home without sunglasses. My son has been complaining of symptoms and this doctor told us that kids make stuff up He is six years old. Its unacceptable. You need to explain to a child that the drops will sting, that his vision might look blurry etc, AFTER you ask the parent if its okay to do so.

      Dear Megan,We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with your sons eye exam today but are confused by your comments. Your commented on several things but your were not the one who brought your son into the office, filled out forms or were in the room with him during the exam rather it was your husband. The forms he signed before the visit state that his eyes will probably be dilated and that may cause some temporary blurred vision. Your son and husband were treated respectfully by the doctor. He had a complete eye exam which sometimes requires going into multiple rooms for test. The doctor went over the results with your husband and explained things. Out of courtesy the exam was billed as a routine vision exam rather than a medical visit which probably would have resulted in more cost. You have no business posting such a review if you were not the one there.
