      image Went in with a reservation and was told someone will be with me soon. I waited there for almost 20 minutes and I hear an employee talking to another employee about their system is down, unsure when things would be working, all enterprise locations were experiencing this and cannot accept payments for pickups. I immediately went somewhere else because I knew they wouldn't say this to actual customers or provide some type of timeframe. Unsure why they couldn't tell all customers waiting and wondering what was going on. Horrible way to treat customers and there's no plan B on situations like this. Very unorganized.
