        All I can say, is for everyone to look up a medical business & health providers on the Virginia Dept. of Health Professions. I now look up all of my doctors & their practices, & will not go to any that have had a settled law suit against them. One practice was fined bc they sent their patients to a surgery center & got kickbacks. This place raising huge red flags. Some reviews call this Insight Imaging, others say RayUs. Be aware, most likely a practice that changes their name, has a previous hidden lawsuit against them.

        Go to Carilion. This is the worst I have experienced. They care nothing about you or your time. Get an appt. expect about a 2 hour wait. And they don't care. They just want your money Never again.

        I brought my wife for an MRI and the staff was great. They appoligized for running a little behind and treated both my wife and I with care and respect. Afterwards they made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed and even set us up on the portal so we could view the results. The results were available next day!!

        Arrived early, as requested, and pre-registered online. Wait time was over an hour and no one relayed reason for extended wait time. As a result, i was unable to make it to a second appointment in immediate area. Images were not transferred to my physician until several phone calls were made.
