terribly small portions. And attitude about it and excuses when you bring it up. Literally every time I go there I get the same thing, and way more food. And don't get the plates here, the girl literally admitted they only give half portions for plates, and apparently you pay extra for honey walnut shrimp for a maximum of 7 pieces. Skimpy as hell. 12 dollars for my plates for a freaking single bite of shrimp?

They still ask for proof of vaccination to dine the soda machine wasn't working, and when I tried to pay cash, they didn't have change (50 DB for a 38$ order) other than that food as expected as well as the customer service

They do not open at 10am like it says on their front door or on the website. The workers decide to open when they feel like it & have nasty attitudes. I love Panda Express but will never come to this location again.

No issues with the taste and quality of the food, its pretty good. But two issues that irk me: 1) Delivery was advertised as free but they charge a 10% service fee that would not show up when picking up. So delivery is NOT free, regardless how you dress up the words. 2) walnut shrimp portions are never filled correctly, only a bit more than half of the container. See pic. Still, an up charge of 3.75 when ordering a family meal. So annoying. Other locations do that too. Dont up charge and underdeliver.

If its not one thing, its another at this location. Prior to my last visit, I went 2-3 separate times with an item unavailable. This week Thursday I go. Three employees in the front talking about an issue and doing online orders neglecting the customers in front of them. The wait to get the order was 5-7 min. Mind you no one was in there. Just one person ahead of me. I finally get the order taken and one was wrong. Luckily I dined in. I went to inform them of the error and stood at the beginning of the line, box in hand, UNACKNOWLEDGED, with 3 people again at the front. I waited for 5-7 min just to get a side swapped. Also, there was no soap in the female restroom in a food establishment. The 3 people working the front were females so how? This location needs management training. Its poorly ran. When is the Melrose Park location (off 5th) opening?!?!?
