I visited this computer repair shop today. Although the technician was unable, to replace my battery, (not worth replacing) he provided me with excellent & friendly service. He examined my computer & my particular needs & offered resources free of charge to help me on my journey of getting this old computer serviced. His personality & customer service ethics is great. I will recommend this computer repair shop and I would also return as needed. BTW I also purchased a charger for another computer which works great. Hello. I recently had a situation with my old computer and apparently, my keyboard just happen to disfunction. It turns out that I would need to a replacement which was very disappointed to hear. Instead of replacing the computer, John recommended of purchasing a new computer since the repairs would equal to the amount. He was able to transfer all data as if I am was on my original. My new computer is 100x faster and I am a very satisfied customer. thank you and highly recommended for any computer repair needs.

Called the store asking if they have any screws that could mount my motherboard to my tower the man on the phone said they did have screws. when I went there the same man from the phone brought out a bin full of all size of screws found the amount that I needed right away and did not charge me for them. All in all it was a quick trip, would go back again
