DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! THEY SAVE YOUR CARD INFO AND USE IT FOR THEMSELVES!!! I went into this store and the MANAGER Maura, Maya, something along those lines helped my husband and I to purchase home internet. She did it all on her tablet, signed me up, than said she needed to take a picture of my card to scan into their system to authorize payment. Thought nothing of it. She finished the process than came back and said oh sorry it didnt go through I need to do it again than came back and took another picture of my card. Front and back. Got the internet, went home, a week later I see a charge of $500 on my bank account from T-Mobile. The transaction type said card number manually entered in store. Called T-Mobile customer service and they said there was nothing they could do for me because the charge was not applied to my account and they could not look it up by card number. I called my bank and disputed the charge but it would take 7-10 days. I than called the store directly and asked to speak to the manager, and told the representative that I would be filing criminal charges against the store and the manager for illegally keeping my card information and using it. I told them the charge was for $350 and my name. They said the manager would call me back, but they never did. Miraculously, the next day, the store somehow knew that the charge was not $350, but in fact $500, and the money was card number manually entered in store back into my account. But the T-Mobile customer service couldnt find the charge but they somehow knew exactly how much..??? Save your time and giant headache and dont go to this store !

Went in today and honestly best experience Ive had so far in any T-Mobile. And Ive been with them for a long time. Armando was not only very helpful but patient with us answered all our questions without hesitation and did not rush us during anytime. We went in on Saturday to add two lines and also today to get another phone added. This store left me with a bad experience in the past but gland to have given them another chance and being able to leave knowing i can come back here confidently. Its because of employees like Armando people leave with a smile and return happily. Thank you !
