We moved our mom in here and the staff has been phenomenal and we cant thank Daniel enough. They were fantastic as far as being flexible and constantly working around our schedule. We were able to move a lot of our Moms stuff in the suite. The caregivers and staff are super friendly. Love seeing them. I highly recommend anybody to place their parent here. This facility is a mess. We will be moving my mother in law from this facility as soon as we can. Not only has the rent continuously increased at a rapid rate over the last couple of years but now were being told it will increase again in January because the new company is focusing on medi-cal qualifying residents because the state is willing to pay any price, leaving those who do no qualify to pay the higher prices or get out. Id love to tell you how much the increase will be this time but after 7 calls, nobody can give us an answer. And thats just my first issue. My mother in law fell twice on October 31st and had to be transported to Kaiser. My husband and I had no clue any of this had happened until at 10:16pm when we received a call from the surgeon letting us know the surgery was a success. Nobody at the facility bothered to call us to let us know she was taken to the hospital around 9am. Shouldnt this be something that happens automatically? Or at least included with the level 1 care for $800 per month? Now, its December and rent is due again and nobody has bothered to adjust for the $800 level 1 care my mother in law has not needed since shes been at a rehab center all month and still doesnt have a return date. How can you charge for something someone isnt using? Level 1 care includes medication management, not being used since the doctors at the rehab are doing this and housekeeping which is also not being done since shes not there. We also didnt appreciate my mother in laws bed (that she purchased with her own money) being thrown out because of a bed bug infestation of her roommate who has her own bedroom on the other side of the shared living room. It was replaced with a smaller bed from who knows where. The staff worker confirmed there were no bed bugs in her bed but he was still directed to remove her bed. I will say, my mother in law has had nothing but nice things to say about the floor staff. Clearly management is the problem. You can change your name and rebrand as many times as you want but at the end of the day this place will still be a mess.

Please I am warning anyone who considering this assisted living facility, stay far away. I've worked there for about 6 months, until I was terminated, April 14 2023 I was a committed hard worker ,I felt like I was just their work slave. I've even took extra shifts, when needed, due to lack of caregivers big mistake, they hired, me, I will tell how this Assisted living place ,is not whats it seems, the realistic truth behind closed doors .I am going to say exactly what I'd seen ,experienced no ,pure honesty as a caregiver. Medicines were not given at proper time,residents sit in pain for hour's. Lack of med techs, caregivers,staff keep quitting, your love one's not safe,they are not being treated with TLC not being,taking care of, as promised.The ceilings from rooms, were falling down on residents. Leaks due to old buildings, no repairs being done mold, care residents, such as dementia,Alzheimer's ,they just wonder around, lost confused, wondering around from from facility in to the streets love ,they didn't belong in a assisted living facility, No professionals, physicians on call busy to attend to residents. Not being changed every hour, or when needed, soaked in their beds, for hour's ,overnight till morning, dirty, linens, with feces, urine sitting for day's left in residents rooms. Most importantly lack of housekeepers .Food portions, very small, kitchen staff quitting, dirty dishes, left by residents rooms, hallways floor, just yuck left for us caregivers, to pick up. Bedridden clients, bed sores, open wounds, lack of proper knowledge ,. No training of how to use hoyer lift,s oxygen machines other medical equipment ,very unsafe. Lack of supplies, a lot of residents were out of diaper, wipes ,shampoo, soap, clothing, shoes, blankets, Donations needed .The showers, hallways kitchen ,rooms not handicapped approved, .Different hourly pay rate, amongst caregivers, staff, alot of favoritism. Residents sitting isolated in their rooms, no television, nor radio lack of companionship, Alzheimer's Dementia, residents, wondering around, lost, confused, heart breaking . Dirty rooms horrible, cat smell ,dog feces, caregivers staff would step on dog poop ,while entering rooms,when providing assistance. Aggressive dogs, caregivers were bitten,I myself was scared ,due to aggressive dog ,and residents violent behaviors ,physical. Management, directors HR are clueless, when we found out while working, big bosses were coming , we had to fake till we make it .Negative , no realistic values and respect. Money ,$$ lies ,deception, It breaks my heart ,that I seen so much ugliness witnessed, what tooked place there. It is completely mind blowing, how this place is still in business? So I am reaching out to give you all who is considering this place a heads up, dont spend even a penny or waist your time, putting your love one's in dangerous environment ,based on , these posted reviews, saying good ,things about this place, it's false it's complete bullsh*t I've met work for a lot of these people who are posting thumbs up reviews, they are not happy ,they are confused and being taken for granted. It is very clear-cut toxic place, poisonous, the residents are not properly cared for neglect ,dishonesty, not enough caregivers ,staff activities, very minimal residents that are alcoholics, drug users, sex offenders ,unsudden deaths occurred .God Bless All Substantial cause ? what was that ,lies, I was terminated due to no fault of my own , no evidence based on reason I was called into management office, told I was being investigated by HR ? ,No thank you the stress, chaotic mental breakdown.
