Doesn't even deserve one star. She was minor's counsel in my family law case. Custody of my daughter was given to the maternal grandparents because of my exes abuse causing my daughter severe mental trauma. For seven straight years she allowed the guardians to keep custody of a child even though the child stated to CPS that the grandfather was sexually abusing her since she was 10 years old. Ms. Myers was not forthcoming, she regularly showed her dislike for me and does not communicate as she should have with all parties on the matter. She is unethical and takes sides in situations where she is called on to be non-biased. In her eyes I was the devil though I always sent my support and even had it reallocated to the grandparents without being ordered. Her billing is outrageous and incomplete, going 4 years without sending me a single invoice whilst still charging me. She reports untruths about parties even when presented with the facts of her failure to represent the client, trying to blame others for her inefficacy at representation. Absolute lack of ethics, billing inaccuracies and massive conflict of interest while absolutely neglecting her CLIENT -who ended up in juvenile court on a dependency matter and NOW is in foster care - (clap clap)great job Counsel! Imagine being a minors counsel attorney only to find out that the child was being molested for years, and then ending up as a dependent of the county, and then being PROUD of the work she did!

There are not enough positive words to describe the professional and effective work that Marie puts into her clients!! She has been the key to making sure that I have all my legal matters handled properly and effectively! There isn't another attorney that I would want to be in my corner when it comes to my family law matters! She's a bulldog and she fights for what is best for the children!!! I absolutely love her and her staff!
