Watch out for these guys. We had a service call scheduled to replace a radio module and they ended up replacing two other things (transformer and battery) when I specifically told them we didn't need them to be replaced and even charged us for it. They basically dismissed our conversation prior to the scheduled service visit and told our office manager (unbeknownst to me) that these other two items needed to be replaced in order for the module to function. Very sneaky! Very shady!

This is the worst service response company I've ever worked with. Watch out customers they'll rip you off with your eyes wide open.......

Safe T Security came back to my house and fixed my alarm sensors.  They worked with me  to make things right on the service call. Everything seems to be up and working. In the end I am very satisfied.  I have been a customer and have  reffered business to Safe T for years and plan on continuing.
