Well, even though my daughter checked her stars and comments, she was still afraid, but everything was very good, the sick ones and everything was fine, I loved it, the only thing was that the ones were happy. On the phone in Spanish I think we were touched twice by the same person who was very bleeding before going to my surgery and once he even hung up on us but good for the people who try to help us even though they are able to speak little Spanish they are very kind the ones who touched us were everything to help me thanks to them they speak little Spanish and I speak little English

usually I go to Loma Linda but because RCH is closer to home and I was in so much pain I didnt think I could of handle that drive but now I wish I just did. For the 7 miserable hours I was there I did not get to see the doctor AT ALL! But some how an ultrasound was ordered ? For something I already knew wasnt the issue! So that was a waste. The only time I saw a doctor was when they got my results and for him to come tell me I just got here so I dont know what really going on but everything in the ultrasound came back good. Not only was that not reassuring or helpful but concerning! And to top it off when he comes back to tell me about the medication he tells me Im just gonna go over it quickly because i need to go see a sick kid. Yeah this was the worse experience ever I left feeling so much worse and so hurt. But shoutout to the nurses that night because they were absolutely wonderful and caring! I give them 5 stars!

My brother ( Robert) had a heart procedure on March 20, 2024 his Nurse's name Geronimo was WONDERFUL! Took care of every health detail with precise knowledge and great care. Thank you Geronimo. Sincerely, ilia
