Am/pac and Associates, Inc.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible. We were told up to 9 weeks for the job and we're 12 weeks in with nothing to show for it. Have called many times asking for status update and they keep saying "2 more days", "2 more days". Edit: got our report finally. When I went to pick it up most of them were nice. Would have appreciated being told the reason why they were late. Service: Septic system installation

Dave, Cathy and Sheena are all amazing. I rarely take time to write a review but felt it necessary. From start to finish my whole experience was amazing. Sheena offered all the information I needed to get things started. The whole process was smooth and well organized. Thank you for everything! D

I have worked with Ms. Dean and none of this ever occurred. Imperative that one correct this defamation and calumny from the below account, * DAVIS (either a fake or a bot review). or - One can only think - this is disgruntled competitor?On the contrary - Ms. Dean has always been professional , courteous, and competent., and to the letter with details and proposals.In addition - My cousin worked with Am/pac for a property outside of Riverside and was very pleased, Testing and evaluation were all done with expertise. The level of service and assistance you get with this company is horrible. Never had to work with septic systems before and they were not helpful in making sure you understand how it works and what needs to be done. If you make the mistake and use them, prepare to receive horrible service and charged extra. There are a lot of poor reviews for a reason. Service: Septic system installation
