I don't know who the young woman is who answers the phone, but she is bloody rude. Our furniture was a week late and rather than apologizing or telling us why, but were told "things change." As this kinda put a dent in our timing, we asked for free delivery and we're refused, along with plenty of personal insults, including comments on my families personal lives. I would lose my job if I had said half as much as she did to me.
We finally got the furniture and are so happy to never have to deal with these people again.
You may or may not save money here, but the customer service is not worth it.
