Good, peaceful place to live but the response time varies dependent upon who is in the office. If you get no response, it is Beth (brunette women); if you do get a response, it is Francis (blond woman). Your experience and time at this apartment will be exponentially better if you can communicate with Francis as much as possible. Beth will not pick up the phone even if she is there. 5 stars if Francis, 1 if it's Beth. Edit: In response to the reply below, the hair color doesn't matter I guess. However I know that whenever I called as a resident, there would be entire days where I wouldn't get a response. If it's not due to who is at the front desk that day, then there is something technically wrong that should be looked into and fixed.

The apartment itself is pretty nice with good facilities, but they definitely overcharge you once you move out. The maintenance people are great and do their best to fix things. The management people are nice. But, I did not appreciate the exorbitant charges we got when we moved out. We did not have the time to do an in-person move out walkthrough, but we cleaned everything the best we could, mopped the floors, wiped all surfaces, took pictures of every nook and cranny, but still got charged crazy cleaning fee and full house repaint cost, along with sink/tub repaint. Understandable for the next tenants, but the house was definitely not in pristine condition when we moved in and had to get them to fix multiple things for the first few months. When we moved in, we had to get the sink and tubs repainted multiple times because the coating starts peeling off within 2-3 weeks of application. And, its a pretty sticky, bad quality coating, you cant put a mug even gently on it without it leaving a permanent mark. Hence, the need to repaint multiple times. The fan light was broken when we moved in and was never fixed, although, we were not charged for that. The noise from upstairs neighbor is not too bad, although, it can be significant if you are on the second floor (you hear everything!). The weed smell percolates throughout the complex, no matter what you do, the apartment ALWAYS smells of weed (we had to leave our windows open all the time to air that out, even then, the smell was there). The good thing is that its safe, the units are very spacious with high ceilings, and maintenance people are nice and quick. So, although we did not have a terrible living experience, but in the end, definitely felt a bit ripped off with the overcharge and left a bad taste in our mouths.
