It took me two visits for the service department to determine which of my two key fabs were bad. I was sent home with what was supposed to be two working keys only to have my low battery sensor come up for a second time. The second trip I was told it couldn’t be determined which key was bad. I had to sit in my car with them and make that determination. When scheduling my second appointment with the service manager Chad he assured that the key was ordered and everything would be handled when I got in. There was no documentation of these promises which caused me to have to wait way longer than I should of had to for a key exchange. For a company as big as Honda this kind of service and inability to determine a faulty key is beyond unacceptable.

My husband and I came to Apple Honda looking for a new to us Honda Fit.
We all know getting a new car is not usually an easy or headache free process, but Bonnie made this experience WILDLY different than any other dealership we had ever been to. She made the whole thing as stress free as it could be, and was able to take care of us and other customers SO gracefully.
Don’t go to any other dealership. Apple Honda is where you will be taken care of.
Thank you Bonnie for making this such a great experience. We’ll come back when I’m looking to get a new car!

Bought a brand new CR-V from here in November 2020, as per the contract I was given a year of free service, my car is less than a year old and has less than 20,000 miles on it. At my most recent free oil change, the service dept suggested I get a few other services while I was there, I said no at first because I was in a rush but the rep responded it would only take another 30 minutes and they’re having a deal for those services this month for $89. I said ok, it took another 1.5 hours and at the end he swiped my card for $492 exactly. I was in disbelief and completely offended that they thought I wouldn’t know what they just did. I brought the receipt to another mechanic who confirmed that I was not only up-charged a ridiculous amount for routine services, but other services such as tire alignment were not at all necessary for my brand-new vehicle. What should have been a (free) routine oil change ended up costing me $500 and 3 hours. I will never buy another vehicle from this location or service my car here ever.
