Recently moved in and I’m beyond satisfied ! The closets are huge and tall great design right there , the people in the office are so kind and welcoming they’re like your second family. The landscaping is beautiful all the trees are beautiful! The townhome it’s self is beautiful the layout and everything is so welcoming and open. One thing I like is how it’s quiet , calm and relaxing, and parking actually isn’t that bad at all. In conclusion I love it over here and I can’t wait for the future ahead.

They have mice and roaches here, and it doesn’t help that there are some holes in the kitchen that they don’t want to seal. The management over the years have gotten terrible and lazy. They don’t want to do anything. For people who give you money monthly, and are ultimately apart of your business, I would think that you would want to make their living situation as comfortable and as pleasant as possible, but I guess that’s not how they roll. We lived here for just over 5 years, and they are very reluctant to adhere to our requests over the years, or just flat out deny them. Parking and space for parking is a huge problem there now. It wasn’t like that before. These townhomes, had potential to be great, but their management and terrible upkeep of the landscape surrounding the homes is what’s stopping them from becoming that. If they’re not going to care about the residents, they should at least have an option to break the lease.
