        Terrible! Employees with bad attitudes outrageous fees charged me more money because they coulen't file my taxes the way they said they could they charged almost 500$ for 2 W2's when I went in to pick up my taxes they didn't ask to see my ID or social or anything they asked my name and handed me the envelope.
