I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail the technicians Jason and John brought to the table. Amazing staff, great management, and as honest as it gets. Fully recommend this company for sure.

I don't know about this company, charge 8000+later 800, system did not work correctly for 4 month. The out door unit was not per contract, i had to accept it otherwise Jan 23 will be very cold for family. unit start leaking water cause damage to ceiling and drywall. was in/out of the house over 4 month to fix problems , last was adding a by-pass duct and a plenum which is not needed, they could have used my old plenum with new inlet for by-pass duct. as they were in/out of the house i asked them to wait just 2 days to see if this will work or not, they called police and I was forced to pay. Upon checking, the unit freeze cause it is low in freon not because the damper, and did not need by[pass duct and plunim. I called the installer once and he siad he is contractor and does not work for them. I was correct 2 days latter system did not work, so jason came 2 times and finally added 2. lbs cooling freon to the unit. Warranty: I had 2 years part and labor and followed by 8 years labor and the old woman in office send txt from jason's cell declining the support for the warranty claiming that cause they had to call police. They new I will pay them but I have lost the trust with such company. Also they promise to fix dry wall and ceiling and never happened, I fix it at a price. Upon checking with BBB, they are not a member. Earlier jason offer to do my other house outside Pro Air to save me money, How ethical these people are. in the middle I tried to contact them by phone and they dont answer, went to their office in HW 21, they have moved without trace. later I located them when I went to visit my doctor and talk to them. The office in HW 21 was very big, but the new one was very small and had cameras so they can close their doors if they don't want to meet with customers, and that is waht happened to me second time. The owner called me, he said the problem was the zone damper, it is working fine till now, nothing wrong with it. They owe me money for the labor they are not providing. if he just offer to sent someone to clean the system per contact, i would take that post out. but he did not. The police does not know me as the owner said, I never had to contact them and there was no reason. in their commen it is clear that they are lied as usual.

Wow, they are simply the best better than all the rest. I have used them since 2008, and they are by far the most professional heating and air contractors out there!! They always take measures to protect my floors. Jason and John are super friendly and AWESOME!!

Jason and John were friendly, very professional and did a very clean installation. Clean up after all work was done was awesome, even my wife commented on how well everything looked at the end of the day.

Our service technicians, Jason and John, were excellent. They installed a whole new unit in our home. They were knowledgeable and the work was impeccable. Both technicians were considerate of all aspects of the installation. They were very respectful throughout the entire process. Our system is perfect, and all of our needs and expectations were met.
