Rite Aid

I went here because I needed to pick up a prescription that my regular pharmacy did not have. The night before I picked it up, the pharmacist called me to confirm some stuff about it, and I'm not sure if that's standard practice but he was so nice and helpful. The woman working at the pharmacy went I went to pick it up was very nice. I've lived in the middle village area my whole life and I'm familiar with ridgewood but could not picture where this place was. Well, when I checked the directions to get there, it was in a weird spot but it's just a little off forest ave. So easy to get to. The guy who rung up my Arizona was so nice. I didn't have any change on me so I had to pay for my 99 cent half and half Arnold Palmer with my debit card and he didn't judge me. The store was clean and big. I loved this rite aid.

I have had consistently negative experiences at this Rite Aid location. At least one of the self-checkout machines is always broken, the lines at the registers are always long, and most of the products in the store are behind glass, requiring me to wait for a cashier to become available before I can purchase them. Even simple items like ice cream require a manager to open the freezer for me to access. Overall, this is my least favorite Rite Aid due to the inconvenience and inefficiency of the store.

Went in just to pick up a package from Amazon, which is very convenient when you can't have your stuff delivered while at work

The pharmacy is HORRENDOUS here. Ive tried calling them for hours with NO response. Whats going on? Are you that busy that you cant even have 1 person answer the phone? Find yourself another pharmacy.
