        My order was delivered exactly when they said it would be and he called when he was 20 ninutes away. The delivery driver was exceptional. He even helped carry my heavy, bulky, hot tub cover to the back yard behind my fence. Amazing customer service and a really nice man. It was very appreciated.

        Delivery came early! Driver called early in morning to setup appointment time and called/took photo when he dropped off goods. Very professional!! Will use services again

        Package was in DFW 6 days before delivery. Scheduled afternoon but showed up 3 hours early. Was going to be charged $130 extra for lift gate service, which is why I had to be there to unload and it showed up in a lift gate truck anyway. We just didn't use it. I got my package but service leaves a lot to be improved on.
