My mother and I both attended a pre-planning meeting with Mr. Christopher. He asked about our preferences so as not to overwhelm us with unnecessary information. He also talked about how societal changes are impacting the ways people are celebrating loved ones' lives. This was an informative, no pressure conversation that was very helpful.

I visited Blileys to make future arrangements for myself and met with Charles Christopher. After I explained my basic requirements, he understood exactly what I wanted and asked the right questions to insure all details were addressed to my satisfaction. Of course thats his job, but some people are better at their jobs than others and, based on my experience with him, Charles Christopher does an excellent job. His personality puts the customer at ease and he is responsive to their needs. As a result, the process of making my arrangements was, to my great relief, incredibly easy. Very strongly recommended.

My husband and I met with Chuck Christopher this morning. He was extremely helpful and very kind with us. We are pre-planning and had many questions which he was able to answer. Came away feeling we had what we needed, very grateful to Mr. Christopher for his help!

We met with Chuck Christopher to discuss pre-need planning. He is very knowledgeable, answered our questions, and suggested things for us to consider. His experience in the industry was obvious. Our meeting with him was time well spent.
