Will try to get every penny out of you and be completely disrespectful to you while doing it. Charged me 90 bucks for a diagnostics test. Told me they had to do another one because this one didn't find the problem and wanted another $90. $180 just to tell me the problem? Meanwhile my coworkers 23 year old brother knew what the problem was just explaining it to him and told me the idle control valve going out is a very common problem in 4runners. Avoid this place at all cost.

I brought my truck in a few months ago for an alignment. I called days before to ensure they would able to align a lowered/modified truck they told me they could and set up an appointment. I dropped the truck off and three hours later they called to say they couldnt align it due to the modifications. Then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle they charged me $30 for an alignment check but refused to even give me the printout of the current alignment. Shady mechanics I would stay away and go somewhere else.

I just moved to Richmond from Georgia and needed state inspection on my SUV. Took it to these guys, they are friendly and cunning. I left the SUV and they took my number so that they will call me for any repairs. I already told them that they have to repair the window motor and the door hinges. So the repairs were known to me. But instead of giving a quote for those they started to give quotes for other things. First it was the bulbs(about $50) and then for door hinges $350. And they found out that I am willing to repair the SUV. So they said the Total is $890 (just for bulbs+door hinges for one door and the window for one door.) I said STOP. I don't have that kind of money and asked them to put a rejection sticker. Went to another mechanic (Alex's Auto Repair) he was genuinely friendly and fixed everything for $180 (+less that $100 for parts) I gave them a tip as well. I had to pay $200 to the Allen Tire Inc for replacing bulbs and inspection and labor costs. Big rip-off stay away.
