I still have not gotten my package it was supposed to be to me on december 22 they saying they attempted to deliver but they didnt then saying they need my address

Worst delivery service. My package was delivered to the wrong address. Therefore my package was stolen. Stuff like this makes me really mad. People don't care about anything. The drivers don't take the time to properly look for the address and deliver them correctly. Rushing, mad at the world because they having a bad day. Then had the nerve to take a picture of them "supposedly" delivering my package at "my door" but that is not my freaking door. And they need to hold whoever is responsible accountable for their actions. They lucky I can't give them any stars because they would get 0 from me

The delivery today was completely UNACCEPTABLE! I have items in my package that could have been broken and the delivery driver just threw my package to the steps with no regard. I have a porch door where my package could have been place inside on the porch. He walked through my driveway towards the door, was a few feet away and threw my package while standing halfway in the driveway. What he didn't realize was cameras all over my house and recorded the whole thing. The lack of respect was uncalled for and if delivering is not what he wants to do then this gentleman should quit and go get a desk job! I'm sure this boy wouldn't have wanted something that he ordered to just be tossed to the steps like it was nothing. You don't know what's in these packages so how the hell are you tossing peoples things that they paid money for . I hope nothing is broken once I get home to check. UNACCEPTABLE! I wish my video what have uploaded to this post so everyone could see this clown and how he delivered my package today, and Lasership can see the type of employee they hired!

This is the worst delivery company ever! 1. They said they could not deliver my package (at 9:30 pm) because the business was closed (the package was being delivered to my house) 2. Then they switched it to I wasn't home. I was home all day. Not once did anyone come by to deliver the package 3. Then for 2 days, they said it was out for delivery every day at 12:59 pm. But it was never on the truck 4. Then after days of talking to customer service, and verifying my address, they tried to deliver a third time and said it was a failure because the address was incomplete! Oh, that was 11:30 pm. 5. As a last hope, I contacted customer service again and they did nothing. Just that it was going to be redelivered in 2 days! When I asked to speak to a manager they said the manager would only ask for it to be redelivered again. 6. Lastly, I asked for the corporate number and they just gave me the customer service number again This company has no structure. They are dismissive and do not seem to know what they are doing. Oh and getting through on the phone? That's a nightmare. You are better off using Facebook or the chat. Buyer beware if your buying from a company that uses lasership/OnTrac cancel your order because you likely will not get your package, UPDATE: I finally talked to someone and they wrote out directions to my house. The driver kept getting lost and instead of saying that, they made up excuses.

Twice now this carrier says they attempted delivery but the business was closed. It's a HOUSE and to top that off they were trying to deliver to a location that is not mine. I will not order from a company that uses this service
