My mom and I have worked out here for three years and love SWEAT! Evan is incredibly inspiring and always challenges us to push past what we thought was possible. He walks the perfect line between being understanding and pushing and motivating us to finish the last challenging rep! So thankful for this place in Richmond! The gym is private, conveniently located and has everything you need! Best private gym in Richmond!

I’ve been working out at Sweat for over 5 years. It is the BEST! I would probably never exercise without Evans constant encouragement. He’s an excellent trainer, extremely knowledgeable about exercise physiology and knows how to motivate his clients to push for more without being overbearing. The Sweat studio is a beautiful space, bright and filled with light from tall windows. I couldn’t recommend Sweat and Evan Settle more highly!
