If you find yourself thinking about purchasing insurance, don't walk, Run away from this place. We were sold a complete Bill-of-Goods by Nancy Ahrens and we found that after the initial sales pitch, she was anything but helpful. We never received the information we requested and our requests were always thwarted, ignored or minimized by Nancy. Despite her telling us how well she worked with Mortgage companies, she never dealt with any of the mortgage companies we used for financing. After less than 6 months, we realized that the coverage we purchased was more expensive, not as comprehensive, impossible to understand, and impossible to track for bookkeeping and tax accounting. Additionally she charged us for coverage on 2 dwellings that she never received confirmation or authorization on. Shortly, all our policies will be with other Agencies that aren't trying to be something they are not. Don't make the same mistake we did. Shop your Insurance needs using ratings from other customers.
