Horrible customer service. Very rude representative name Kenny. I truly hope someone in management reading these reviews . Something has to be done. We're trying to get anyone to resolve an issue,but have been unsuccessful for s several mo.Our family will be reaching out to a local news station to make sure other folks are aware of that place!

This place is the worst my mom is buried here and their lawn care service has been awful, grave covered with grass vase missing on stone. called several times no one calls back . Its been well over 2 months and still no call back. Every time I do call its someone different who says this is the first I have heard of it!! They take that $3500 dollars fast enough . But do nothing for you like they say . Went to moms grave yesterday still no vase!!!! Frustrated!!

I paid for my grandmother's headstone through Forestlawn themselves because they advised me that that would be the best option for long time care and maintenance well that was March 2021 now here it is October 2022 and my grandmother's headstone has still not been place and I have contacted this location several time and requested to have the manager contact me back since the only thing I am being told is "well the company WE chose hasn't shipped it yet and we don't know when it will happen". I have left several messages regarding this matter and no one has returned my calls. Atp I am in the process of contacting a lawyer and having them help me. Please do not spend your money with these people regarding a headstone. Not to mention when my family and I drove from out of town to visit my grandmother's grave they gave us a what looked to be drawn out map and we searched for her marker for over an hour with no luck finding it. All around disappointing and if I could give them a -5 stars I would.

I had a representative from Forest Lawn call me the early part of June and she informed me that they would build up the ground and place a topper than the plate down on July 17,2022 it is August 31st and still nothing has been done. When I asked about the timeframe that was on the contract she was speechless. When I said, I will look in it, she said, You do that. In a very sarcastic manner. I dont readily have access to the contact due to the fact my mother signed and paid for the service and since she no longer lives in Richmond I feel they are dragging their feet. Unprofessional, rude, and uncaring!!!

I have been dealing with Forest Lawn management since my mother's passing. I was very happy with them AT FIRST, my mother passed away in 2020. Then on one visit the dirt was caving in around her grave site, I complained, work order put in, I then returned to see if it had been done. I found out that nothing was done. I was told that they didn't have any dirty, I informed them that I would have my husband bring dirt in and then charge them for time and dirt; all of a sudden the DM found dirt and sent me pictures of my mother's grave with fresh dirt. I ordered a 6ft ledger for her grave and it is STILL NOT THERE AFTER ALMOST 1 YEAR. I called the office and Corporate still nothing. Called again today, no answer and a hang up at Forest Lawn, so I called Corporate, no record of my complaint from July 1st. I FILED ANOTHER COMPLAINT, AND TOLD THEM AGAIN I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Items are missing from her site,. They just dont care about our loved ones, it's all about the money!!!
