I wouldnt do business with them just for the way their employees drive on the road. Riding bumpers l, speeding and abruptly switching lanes in a propane truck is not smart or safe.

Today a technician came and installed a new oil tank. He was on time, courteous and respectful of the property. He also explained the entire process. After completion, he informed us of how much oil was replaced in the new tank and he stayed a while to insure the furnace was running (because there could be an air bubble in the line. It wasnt). Would definitely recommend this service and Massey Wood and West for your services.

Really bad customer service. I do not recommend this company. Requested service a week ago and no response.

I am writing to commend the installation of an oil unit by Doug and Adam with Massey, Wood & West, Inc. On 11/17/22, they spent the entire day installing an oil unit in a very tight space in our utility room. They were thorough in setting it right, sealing the HVAC unit (on top) to allow the heat to stay inside the house, and assuring that the flue and accompanying hookups were installed properly. They were upfront and knowledgeable about why we had to stay with oil vs. propane (our exterior layout would not allow for the safe installation of a propane tank). Thankfully, their quick turnaround of a new unit allowed us to have heat and in a short period of time. We were also able to utilize the remaining oil in our tank. Not to mention, they may have aided in reducing our risk of something happening with our old unit. It was 28 years old and revealed numerous cracks and one side had extended outward from overheating which could have led to monoxide poisoning or a fire hazard. I also recommend a yearly checkup of your oil furnace as we had postponed ours. I am overjoyed by the quietness and efficiency of the new unit. Hopefully it will reduce my oil usage some. Again, thank you for your prompt and fast turnaround to service our needs. Both gentlemen were also personable and great representatives of your company. I look forward to doing business with Massey, Wood & West, Inc. for a long time to come.

We moved to our home from another state and contacted Massey about their rates as the prior owners had a Massey tank on the property. We were made to pay the prior owners for the propane contents at the closing for our new home by the settlement company. The woman I spoke to initially when calling for their rates said nothing about a contract, but after reading the fine print in the paperwork sent to me, I saw there was a five-year contract, which we did not want to sign, not knowing how long we would be living in this area. When I contacted Massey to remove the tank, they told us they would not reimburse us for the 70 gallons of propane in it, because we were not the account owners. I explained that we had paid the prior owners for the contents in the propane tank and could provide proof. Still, they did not care. My husband called and told them to remove the tank from our property. Shavon (sp) told him there would a $50 removal fee. I have a text message chain with the prior owner of our home telling her what was said to us, but no other proof as we dont record phone lines/conversations as companies arent normally liars. Long story short, they charged us $125 to remove the tank off of our property and when my husband called Shavon and said You quoted us $50, she said I will go ahead and credit your account the $75. When that amount was never forwarded to us, my husband called at least a dozen times to follow up about it. At the end of the day, Wesley told him there was nothing they could do for us, (Wesley, who did not return any of the calls, as promised either), and said that it was Shavons word against ours , and there was nothing they could do. This company is a fraud, and I would never do business with them. I would rather freeze all winter long than give them a penny of my money.
